You carry out stock receipt checks, batch releases and spare parts audits according to test plans, specifications and drawings and agree to the necessary measures in the event of deviations Their responsibility includes the preparation and optimization of test plans and test specifications based on statistical methods and the evaluation and documentation of all test results Together with various disciplines, you process product change notifications, support zero series, assembly tests and prototypes and demonstrate process capability by statistical methods Your tasks include the performance of initial sample tests, shipping audits and special checks – including color measurements, print change tests and the creation of macro grinding images You monitor test equipment and tools, perform calibrations and manage test cycles so that a standard process security is guaranteed at all times In case of deviations from production, returns or supplier processes, you create meaningful analyses, 8D reports and product assessments and accompany the implementation and follow-up of the improvement measures

Qualification: You have successfully completed vocational training in a metal or electric profession Know-how: You bring several years of professional experience in the quality field and know both test processes and production-related processes Tools & Skills: You have knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as SAP and apply statistical methods securely; you also work structured according to applicable quality standards such as DIN ISO 9001 Personality: You convince through analytical thinking, great care and a solution-oriented way of working; you will also be able to precisely analyze and communicate technical facts Language skills: You have good English skills in word and writing
