Number: V000064974 What tasks do you expect? You actively support the planning, coordination and follow-up of project management tasks. You are also responsible for the preparation and follow-up of management meetings, including protocol management and task tracking. The creation and maintenance of presentations, dashboards and communication documents for management are also part of your activities. You can also contribute to internal communication by creating Intranet or short video formats. In addition, you research and provide information for decision bases. The cooperation in optimizing processes and tools in the project environment completes your task area.

How do you fit into our team? You are a registered student (m/w/d) in the field of economics, communication sciences, media management or a comparable degree program. Your strong organizational talent and your structured workings are what distinguishes you. With MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, you'll be sure to change. Ideally, you also bring experience with tools like Confluence, JIRA or MS teams. You have a strong media affinity and a strong interest in visual communication, including simple video editing and presentation design. Teamability, self-initiative and communication strength are key features that characterize you. Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English complete your profile.
