You take over the comprehensive legal and regulatory advice of the TARGOBANK in complex banking issues. To this end, you will support the Management Board and the departments of TARGOBANK in the development of new and existing business areas towards a universal bank operating in all relevant product areas. A focus will be on real estate financing and cooperation with financing intermediaries. Operational business activities advise and accompany you closely and ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements at all relevant steps – and at the same time always have a view of customer interest. They work together in the team with other experienced colleagues from the legal venue set up in specialist groups as well as with other departments of the Group companies as well as external law firms. They are part of legal risk management and control out-of-court and judicial disputes as well as complaint and supervisory procedures. The multi-layered area of responsibility allows for admission as a syndicate attorney (m/w/d), in which we would like to support you.

They have relevant professional experience s, like acquired in a law firm or the legal department of a financial institution, a Pfandbrief bank, a construction insurance company or an insurance company. Alternatively, look for the II. State exams to enter the financial industry and have first practical experience from the Referendariat or legal secondary activities in the aforementioned legal areas. Ideally, you have completed your legal training with a corresponding orientation and at least one predicate exam. They are a solution-oriented team player and value collegiality and efficient action. They show self-initiative, persuasiveness and decision-making strength. They have a view and understanding of economic relations. You have the ability to communicate even complex legal issues visually and addressably and it is fun to share this knowledge They have a strong sense of understanding, classifying and minimizing legal risks. They master the English language in a safe manner. French language skills are very welcome, but no requirement. The written position is also suitable for entry into part-time work with appropriate qualifications.
