with. Your role Senior Solution ManagerSAP (m/w/x) is an employee of the SMT-internal IT. In your role, you are responsible for demand and project management in the daily business. You represent the central input channel for the technical requirements. In direct interaction with the departments, you take up the requirements, evaluate them initially and develop professional solutions with specialist specialists while managing and coordinating the project team; mainly in the SAP ERP environment. As part of the project management, you create project plans, coordinate in- and external resources and ensure implementation in time and budget. In a often hybrid project setting, you work with Solution Designers as well as internal and external software developers. You create project progress reports as well as decision templates for various bodies and make decisions in conflicts. The top priority here is the business continuity. However, the role as Senior Solution Manager SAP continues one step further. As part of major and future-oriented strategic initiatives, you take over complex workstreams that consist of a lot of subprojects and successfully lead them to the goal. You controlother project managers and take on program management tasks. Your team The SMT-IT is an internal provider of support services for the areas and production sites of the world market leader ZEISS. Due to the long-term strong growth of the SMT subarea, new requirements for processes to be implemented in SAP are constantly emerging. In particular, we support the upcoming Bluefield migration on S/4HANA and therefore extend our existing consulting and support team with several experienced SAP specialists right away

Your profile You are structured, solution-oriented and are entitled to ensure that your advice and moderation in the interface between IT and specialist area bringing efficient implementation of IT projects, sustainable added value to the applied specialist departments You know the difference between the communicated customer requirement and the actual customer requirement and can objectively summarize the resulting differences and forward them to specialized areas You have 5 years of proven experience in managing complex projects in the ERP environment and bring experience in one or more SAP modules (e.g. PP, QM, PM/EAM, ME/MII, PEO), also from IT consulting You could preferably use your analytical skills and quick understanding in SAP transformation projects a binding and safe occurrence completes your profile You have successfully completed a degree in (economic) informatics, engineering, physics or comparable Communication and enthusiasm are self-evident as well as very good JOBV1_EN
