Part-time claims processing manager (m/f/d)

Every day we organize express and special transports throughout Europe. Our goal is to offer our customers the best possible service at any time – even if something is not going on. You are responsible for our damage processing and make sure that damages and complaints are handled professionally. You coordinate communication with insurance companies, customers, authorities and transport partners and work closely with transport management and legal. Your responsibilities include: You take over the processing of complex transport damage and manage the communication with customers, insurance companies and transport partners until the end of the case. You prepare complex issues for our legal partner and work closely with this in legal issues. You work with police, authorities and prosecutors when exceptional or legally relevant transport problems occur. You identify risks within our network of transport partners, such as fraud or compliance violations, and initiate appropriate measures. You analyze damages and complaints, recognize recurring patterns and develop measures to reduce damage and risks in the long term. You continuously develop our processes and ensure a comprehensible documentation of all processes.

You are a match for us if you bring: You already have professional experience in damage management, complaint management, insurance or a comparable position – ideally in the transport or logistics industry. You work structured, independent and keep an overview even in complex cases. You meet informed decisions and take responsibility. You communicate confidently and professionally – even in challenging conversations with customers, authorities or external partners. You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. Ready for 2-3 days Office per week. You work analytically and recognize risks as well as inconsistencies at an early stage. You are sure to go with MS Office and document your work carefully. Experiences in transport law, insurance law or compliance are of advantage, but no need.
