Specialist Consultant Network Management and Passenger Analysis (m/f/d)

In your role, you independently control the specialist complex 'Verbundangelegenheiten und Einnahmeaufteil'. You coordinate the tasks of the employees for the development and implementation of connected contracts for the allocation of fare, as well as other topics of joint financing and control the subsequent processes. You're analysing revenue allocation models with regard to methodological and strategic aspects and making decisions. You identify the necessary data needs and consolidate the provision of current key figures on developments in passenger demand by the team. You participate in the construction and alignment of the automatic passenger counting system and ensure the technical coordination of the surveys. This relates in particular to the definition of requirements in advance of the survey, the survey organization, the evaluation and data further processing. You represent the SSB in committees / working groups at the Verkehrsbund (VVS) and responsibilities (country, region) independently on topics relating to traffic surveys and collection. In addition, you will participate in the production of forecasts and concepts in the field of tariff, sales and market processing / communication.

Your basis is a completed study with a focus on transport science, economic engineering or a comparable qualification. You can add these with several years of experience, preferably in the subject of “intake division”. In the development of concepts and the guidance of employees you are well prepared and systematic. You communicate actively. At work in working groups, you act confidently and trade entrepreneurial. In addition, you have extensive knowledge of statistical methods related to the collection of passenger numbers. You know very well with MS Office, especially Excel, and you have a high affinity for numbers and you can prepare complex facts for the recipient. Personally, you as an empathic team player with commitment, reliability and a structured way of working.
