Implementation of process improvements to increase performance Planning and implementation of projects, experiments and data collection and analysis Pre- and post-processing of production runs in the area of extrusion Cross-departmental cooperation with the individual departments to improve and accelerate the implementation of projects and processes performing fault analyses to eliminate process and quality problems, as well as processing data for error analysis Identification and implementation of improvements Supporting production in process problems and running care Standardization of procedures for manufacturing

Complete study of a scientific or engineering discipline (probably mechanical engineering, ceramics, material science) First professional experience in the manufacturing industry is desirable Basic knowledge of statistics and lean methods Very good analytical skills and conceptual and structured work Experience with problem solving techniques such as DMAIC or MEE - readiness, reliability and independent working Team and communication skills Good knowledge of German and English Good computer skills (MS Office, JMP)
