Customer support: You are competently responsible for inquiries, orders and complaints with a service-oriented way of working for high customer satisfaction Order processing: You process, coordinate and monitor customer orders from order receipt to successful processing and keep all relevant processes in mind Document verification: Order-related documents are carefully checked, managed and completely duplicated by you Date control: You coordinate the timely execution and, in the event of discrepancies, agree early with the areas involved. Interface work: In close cooperation with sales, production and logistics, you will ensure a smooth flow of information and efficient order processing
