For our “Clinic Group of the DRV Bund” in Berlin we are looking for an experienced full lawyer who supports the department management in the strategic and operational management of the clinic group. Together, we are continuously pursuing the goal of further expanding the competitiveness of the clinic group in the light of the framework conditions changed since 2023.

You are responsible for the comprehensive work-related consultation of the department manager „Klinikgruppe der DRV Bund“ and the clinic lines. In particular, you take over the following tasks: Federal representation of the DRV Federal Government or of the hospital administrations as an employer in employment court proceedings Preliminary drafting of legal opinions/guidelines for the implementation of laws, regulations with scope for the rehab centres of the DRV Bund Prepare and process labour law issues Preparation of decisions taken by the Head of Division, the Executive Board or the Self-administration in the field of labour law Contracts Advice on general legal issues You work within the extended department management in an interdisciplinary team. Regular missions are linked to the perception of the activity.

You have a successfully completed university degree in law (first and second state exams) You bring at least 2 years of professional experience as a lawyer/legal attorney and/or corporate lawyer in the field of labour law with You have an additional qualification as a specialist attorney for labour law You have a focus on economic activity, are strong in communication, like contact with people, have a high degree of self-organization and are capable of compromise and consensus A pronounced customer orientation completes its profile We presuppose your willingness to travel
