Trademark and Domain Law Officer (m/f/d)

Consultation: You advise our product teams and departments on all questions about brand and domain law Search: In doing so, you actively research national and international brand and domain databases, perform identity, resemblance and owner research and prepare your results for your stakeholders in a comprehensible manner Brand registration: In addition, register our brands nationally and internationally, monitor brand extensions and keep our brand and domain portfolio in mind – always in close cooperation with external brand and patent attorneys Compliance with trademark law: You recognise potential collisions at an early stage, monitor relevant brand and domain registrations and enforce our rights by preparing opposition and official procedures, coordinating external law firms and accompanying the procedures before the competent offices Stakeholder Management: Sovereigns communicate with employees, affiliated companies, lawyers, offices and other contact persons and regularly agree with the contact persons Cost-effectiveness: In addition, you take over the administrative tasks, check compliance with deadlines, support the annual budget planning for legal advice, monitor the legal consultancy account every year and check the invoices of external law firms and institutions

Grundstein: You have completed training for lawyers, patent attorneys, or comparable training Motivation: A strong interest in not introducing your expertise in the firm, but on the company side, drives you – you want to help shape internal processes and optimally accompany our brands Professional experience: Multiannual practical experience in industrial legal protection, ideally related to brand and domain matters, awards you Analytical View: With pronounced analytical and conceptual skills, you evaluate complex facts sovereignly and guide practical recommendations Working methods: You work independently, carefully and structured, show a high degree of commitment, self-initiative and flexibility and keep an overview of many processes in parallel. Teamplayer: As a real team player, you bring a high motivation, are stressable and support your colleagues reliably in work-intensive phases Communication: You communicate clearly and addressably, have very good communication skills as well as good English skills in word and writing for exchange with international contacts
