You're expecting Tasks Project Coordination MPS: Planning, and control of MPS projects (analysis, implementation, controlling) Coordination of internal teams (IT, service, sales) and external partners Budget/Resource Responsibility, Risk Management Customer communication, reporting, documentation Optimization of print infrastructures Tasks Support management:Guiding the support team for the software solutions responsibility for the first-time establishment and structuring of fault management; operational, ongoing monitoring is at the operational management responsibility for building and implementing the Fleet Management; the operating operation is carried out by the feed line Process optimization: Monitoring, SLA compliance and conception Customer communication: Consulting and escalation management Technical control: software updates, network integration, device admin Tasks internal IT: Head of internal IT with focus on goods management systems (e.g. ERP integration, Stock management) Responsibility for process optimization Interface coordination between external service providers and internal experts System Care: Updates, Security Management, GDPR Compliance Training for employees:inside to goods management tools

Complete training or studies in the field of IT (e.g. specialist informatics:in, computer science, business informatics) or comparable qualification Found experience in handling ERP systems Knowledge of goods management and document management systems (DMS) Knowledge in MS Office applications (including Power BI, Power Automate etc) Basic understanding of cybersecurity measures and basic IT protection Knowledge of databases and workflow management Structured, solution-oriented working and team and communication skills An independent and responsible personality with pleasure in optimizing IT processes
