Operational control & process optimization: You are responsible for the operational management and continuous optimisation of our e-commerce processes in the online shop and ensure smooth daily business processes. Project Management: You take over the project management for diverse e-commerce initiatives and are the central interface between internal teams such as IT, logistics, purchasing and accounting as well as external service providers. Performance monitoring: By monitoring relevant KPIs, you identify potentials to increase profitability and efficiency – and implement derived measures independently. Process and process security: You optimise and monitor processes such as inventory management and after-sales, identify potential for improvement and develop innovative solutions for an optimal process. Customer service: You support the team in the processing of complaints and customer requests and thus contribute significantly to a high customer satisfaction. Further development & innovation: When you introduce new tools and systems, you will actively support the development of our e-commerce activities.

You have a commercial training or economic studies, ideally focusing on e-commerce. You bring multi-year professional experience in e-commerce, preferably in an FMCG brand company. You are familiar with market trends and developments in e-commerce, especially from the perspective of backend processes. You have experience with shop systems, at best Shopify and/or Shopware, BI systems (e.g. Power-BI) and ERP systems (e.g. xentral and/or SAP) You have a pronounced technical and organizational affinity and good analytical skills. You speak fluent English and are safe in handling MS-Office (especially Excel).
