Analysis and solution of technical problems and disturbances
Development of preventive measures to reduce recurring errors
Planning and implementation of maintenance work for a stable operation
Participation in the modernization of the tech stack by testing and evaluating new technologies
Creation of technical documentation and user instructions
Ensuring high IT security standards and service levels
Configuration and planning of Security Appliances (e.g. firewalls, email security), security applications (e.g. antivirus, proxy) and zero-trust environments
Enterprise Applications Management such as Mobile Device Management and Microsoft Solutions
