A completed commercial training as well as experience in telephone and written customer service as the basis for your successful start A very good and secure written expression – you always find the right words, even in challenging situations Especially your communicative skills as well as pleasure in sharing with customers – even in challenging conversations – are among your strengths High internet affinity, safe handling of MS Office and curiosity for AI-based tools and interest in digital trends Flowing German (min.
