In the role of the expert building contractor, you are responsible for large and long-term modernization and new construction projects (usually with a construction volume in the two- to three-digit million range) from the project initiation to all planning phases, the building realization and the transfer to the company. A successfully completed university education (Bachelor/Diplom (FH)) in architecture, civil engineering or economic engineering many years of professional experience in a responsible position for the partial or total project success of larger building projects in the field of European standards Basic knowledge of DIN 276 Experience is desirable in all phases of the HOAI, ideally from construction projects at office or clinic buildings.
