Then you take on a key role at the interface between the Executive Board, executives and departments as:

This is expected You are the cross-control of strategy implementation and our strategic project and change portfolio. You create transparency about progress, dependencies and needs for action, prepare decision bases for the Executive Board and Management Boards and develop the governance and governance structures necessary for this. In addition, you will continue to design the Board of Management assistance for our three Boards and, together with your team, ensure efficient support for the ongoing Executive Board business. Your tasks: You control and develop the banking-wide strategy implementation and the strategic multi-project and change portfolio You create transparency about progress, priorities, dependencies and needs for action and ensure consistent compliance with agreed measures. You develop the multi-project management across the bank and ensure effective, cross-border management and prioritisation of essential projects and change projects. You coordinate and accompany central management and decision-making processes and develop the associated governance, reporting and control standards. You continue to design and develop the Board of Management assistance for our three Boards and create structures for professional and reliable support of the ongoing Executive Board business. You bring together executives, executives and departments at crucial interfaces and lead different interests to stressable decisions. You lead and develop their team professionally and disciplinaryly, and together with them shape the further development of the department.

This will bring you A successfully completed study or a comparable qualification Multiannual relevant professional experience in strategy implementation, corporate management, corporate development, transformation or (Mulit) project management leadership experience or detectable experience in a comparable demanding control role A strong understanding of how strategic goals are translated into clear priorities, concrete decisions and binding implementation. Sovereignty in dealing with different interests and hierarchy levels – combined with the ability not only to moderate, but to make decisions and to consistently pursue their implementation Impressed communication, leadership and interface skills, as well as a good sense for people and organizations The aim of design, initiative and the willingness to question existing structures constructively.
