Conducting an agile, autonomous, cross-functional team that focuses on successfully introducing and managing products in the treatment area of nephrology in the various DACH markets Control of various functions to increase brand success and ensure compliance with the higher-level objectives of the therapy area Leadership of the team in the development and implementation of strategic, integrated fire plans and the establishment of relationships with key opinion leaders (COLs) and advocacy groups Extracting action-relevant findings from the patient and HCP ecosystem Ensure that the team of the therapy area acts as a center of competence within the organization Life of the five corporate values: excellence, integrity, creativity, appreciation and cooperation Continuous coordination with the Department of Nephrology within the parent company

Complete economic, scientific or medical studies Long-standing professional experience in pharmaceutical marketing in Germany Experience with launch of new products in the rare disease area Experience in different indications in the field of nephrology is advantageous Knowledge and interest in various European health systems Excellent communication skills, team skills, enforcement Multi-year leadership experience Ability to analyze data, information and facts Secure handling of MS Office and analysis tools (e.g. PowerBI) German and English skills readiness to travel
