Functional Lead Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

You carry the professional leadership of quality control at the Guben site and develop the team of quality assurance You support production in compliance with our standards, ensure compliance with sample plans and quality checks during production You support deviations and guide risk assessments You contribute to the creation and maintenance of HACCP concepts, risk analyses and product-specific safety assessments Your tasks include the technical evaluation of new products, raw materials and technologies with regard to food safety and regulatory requirements at the Guben site You support the development and introduction of new products and processes from the food safety point of view for the Guben site You work closely with R&D, production, purchasing and external suppliers to ensure secure market launches and further development of existing products and processes You are responsible for carrying out internal training You work on optimizing processes/process conditions and minimizing losses You conduct internal audits and carry out operations

Education and studies in the food sector and at least 3 years of professional experience in quality management Good knowledge of English Good quality and process knowledge High quality awareness Good analytical skills High level of ownership and decision-making competence Representative willingness to continue professional and personal development
