You are technical contact persons for your solid objects and are responsible for their technical support, condition and general appearance. You work service-oriented with tenants, landlords and service providers.

Technical equipment and maintenance performing regular inspection and maintenance tours (weekly on the same objects) Examination and maintenance of the entire building technology (HKLS/E, Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Sanitary, Electrical) Operation and optimization of building control technology Disruption management & repairs Analysis and rapid elimination of technical disturbances Implementation of repairs and installations Documentation & Reporting Digital documentation of all work and inspections carried out on site Creation of specialist and deficiencies reports Regular status reports on management and property owners Service provider coordination Coordination and monitoring of foreign companies in major repairs Ordering craftsmen and acceptance of services carried out Standby service Ready-to-use emergency service (approx. every 6-7 weeks)

Completed vocational training in the field of building technology, ideally with industry-like qualifications from building structures Professional experience in maintenance and repair of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary, and/or electrical installations (HKLS/E) or comparable qualifications Self-employed as well as customer and service-oriented work Safe handling of MS Office applications driving licence class B
