COMMUNICATION (M/W/D) QUALITY ASSESSMENT

Object controls & quality assurance on site: They are responsible for performing and tracking object controls and contribute to ensuring quality, performance and legal standards Participation in complaint management: The further development of our complaint management will help you actively and promote compliance with the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001 Organization & System Care: They are co-responsible for the maintenance of master data and ensure smooth system deployment in all areas Operational support: In the preparation and implementation of presentations of the electronic quality measuring system as well as in the organisational tasks in the daily business, you will work with

Professional experience: experience in hotel and/or building cleaning, including customer care, cleaning and basic knowledge in cleaning chemistry and handling of cleaning machines. First knowledge of quality assurance or general services is advantageous Structured procedure: They capture relationships quickly and work organized and independent Communication and interface competence: They occur safely, communicate clearly and confidently and effectively coordinate between customers, section managers, department managers and management, even in challenging situations Service orientation: They act in a solution-oriented manner and have a good sense of the needs of customers and colleagues Mobility & readiness: They bring the class B driver's license and are flexible for use on site, even with occasionally longer journeys and nights
