Leadership & Organization: Professional and disciplinary leadership of a 6-member team at our modern camp site in Tornesch Personnel & Capacity Planning: Responsibility for operational, shift and holiday planning as well as capacity control Production responsibility: Organisation, control and monitoring of production on CNC-controlled machines (including Homag saws) Ensuring the production process: ensuring an efficient, economic and timely process while maintaining quality standards Operational cooperation: Active support in the daily business, including operation of the system, tool change and adjustment of adjustment data Plant & Quality Management: Analysis and Elimination of Machine Disorders, Maintenance and Maintenance of Plants and Quality Assurance and Documentation Interfaces & Processes: Maintenance of manufacturing data in SAP as well as labelling, packaging and delivery of production positions
