Legal preparation: You shall participate in decisions of the approval bodies concerning the access and design of the outpatient medical and care services. To this end, you will examine applications, review the documents and prepare the basis for the committee meeting, in particular in the case of legally demanding matters. Coordinate: You take over the preparation and follow-up of committee meetings, structure the relevant topics and ensure that procedures can be handled in a timely and reliable manner. Judgment of the Court of Justice: On the basis of the law of the contract, the relevant case law and the administrative practice, you are working in the respective circumstances and submit a sound legal arrangement. This brings together different aspects and develop legally viable solutions. Edit: You shall draw up opinions and proposals for decisions on the authorisation bodies and shall bring together different points of view. Technical basis: You have a successfully completed degree as a graduate lawyer, a graduate administrator or a comparable qualification.
