Responsibility for the creation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements as well as the strategic accounting according to IFRS, HGB, consolidated accounting and tax law for the company and several corporations (total of approximately EUR 500 million) Coordination of external audit and contact persons for auditors and tax advisors Creation of business planning and ongoing monitoring of target achievement Creation of investor reporting and annual report and support in capital market communication Construction, leadership and further development of the team Continuous monitoring and optimization of processes in financial and accounting, as well as interfaces with external partners Creation of financial reports, key figures analyses and management reports Support for refinancing by providing decision-relevant actual and plan figures Participation in budget and liquidity planning and forecasts Support in the further development of IT systems in the fields of accounting and controlling Strategic advice of management

Complete university studies Multiannual professional experience in a leading position than kfm. Head (m/w/d) or Head (m/w/d) Finance, preferably in real estate Very good accounting knowledge according to HGB and IFRS as well as in the preparation of annual and consolidated financial statements Good tax knowledge Experience in cooperation with auditors and other external stakeholders Expertise in implementing ERP and financial accounting systems Embossed analytical skills as well as structured and solution-oriented working Proven leadership skills, strong team orientation and communication strength German and English knowledge in word and writing
