You design and calculate challenging projects in turn-key interior design as well as special services such as raw construction, roof and facade work. Together with the client and an interdisciplinary team, you will work out the building plan. You create offers, present them in front of the customer and are direct contact with costing questions. You first set up performance directories (focusing on cost group 300/400) and perform mass investigations. You ask for post-contractor services and ask and extend our subcontractor network. You will develop comprehensive offers as a basis for flat-rate assignments. You actively participate in various procurement procedures.

You have a successfully completed study as a civil engineer or architect or comparable technical training. You bring several years of professional experience in the costing of construction projects, ideally focusing on construction works. You have experience in creating performance directories and mass investigations. You are safe in handling AVA software programs, ideally iTWO. Your work is structured and independent. You have communication and team skills as well as technical understanding and solution orientation.
