We are looking for you as MSR Technicians Building Automation (w/m/d) - apply today! Description You develop and evaluate system concepts for building automation and building control technology, including the design of control, control and monitoring systems for complex HKLS systems. For safety equipment such as fire alarm, speech alarm and electroacoustic systems as well as access control and video surveillance systems, you take on technical planning and development. You create planning documents, technical calculations and performance directories and coordinate them with the customers over all HOAI performance phases. The interdisciplinary coordination of all project participants will ensure you and reliably keep in mind costs, quality and appointments. Flow charts, plant layouts and component specifications will be developed taking into account current standards, energy requirements and trassing and location planning. You coordinate contractors in the areas of building automation and security technology and ensure consistent compliance with EHS requirements. During the realization, you will accompany the technical implementation on site, participate in commissioning and participate in project meetings and plant removal.

Technical studies or further training for technicians in the fields of electrical engineering, automation technology, building automation, supply technology or a related field Multiannual practical experience in technical planning as well as realization or commissioning of building automation and safety equipment, ideally related to HKLS systems Confidence with relevant technical regulations, standards and legal requirements Flexibility and readiness to project-related service trips and timely operations at other locations Flowing German knowledge and good English skills are required
