Your task:
In your role as Head of Division, you take responsibility for six households and actively shape their development. You control and coordinate the educational, human and financial processes – from budget and occupancy planning to the strategic development of the range of services. Together with your colleagues in the field management as well as with the overall management, you are constantly working to secure and expand the quality and sustainability of the area. You lead a dedicated team of 20 to 24 employees and take responsibility for 43 people aged 18 to 88.
- You take the targeted employee management and personnel development for your housing groups.
- For the affected people in your groups you are responsible for the case- and result-oriented control of the educational key processes and accompany them in their development.
- With a view to your area, you implement the individual components of the protection concept responsibly and you are committed to implementing the protection of the profession.
