We are looking for an experienced technical project manager with well-founded knowledge in the fields of floor-to-air missile systems (SAM), launching devices and related defence technologies. You can lead complex defence projects and ensure that technical, financial and timely goals are achieved, while Siie coordinates cooperation with cross-functional engineering and defence teams. In addition, you take over the following tasks: Management and management of defence projects focusing on ground-air missile systems and launching platforms Coordination of technical teams in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and system engineering Development and maintenance of detailed project schedules, budgets and risk assessments Central interface between customers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders (m/w/d) Ensuring compliance with defence regulations, safety standards and quality assurance protocols Technical advice and support in decision-making at the stages of system integration, testing and provision Creation and presentation of reports, technical documentation and presentations for management and government representatives.

Bachelor or Master degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a Related Area Proven experience in project management in the defense or aerospace sector, preferably with rocket or firing systems Knowledge of ground-air rocket technologies, fire systems and system integration mastery of project management tools Confidence with defence standards, regulations and certification processes Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholders management skills Expressed analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
