Identification and initial address of potential customers through different channels, focusing on telephone communication Project and lead generation in our new customer business, qualification and appointment in cooperation with the Field-Sales Team Advice and presentation of our products and services at B2B customers and interested parties, as the first contact point along the customer journey Tracking and documentation of your activities using a cloud-based CRM system, flexibly usable in home office

Pleasure to first telephone contacts and direct customer response within the framework of clearly defined talk goals Professional and safe appearance as well as excellent knowledge of German in word and writing First experience in direct customer contact, preferably by telephone B2B sales - you have real Hunter mentality High self-motivation and frustration tolerance – you remain motivated and enduring even with setbacks Ensuring communication skills and creativity in developing suitable solutions for the needs of potential customers Secure handling of MS‐Office tools (e.g. teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and general affinity for digital work Completed commercial or technical training and/or further training (e.g. technical sales staff, marketing communication, management) or alternatively a completed university course of all disciplines
