What you do with us:

Design: You continuously develop our Azure Policy Framework and implement cloud-specific governance requirements. You model standard policy sets for Management Groups and Subscriptions and ensure consistent protection across different environments. Responsibility: First, care and optimierst Azure Policy and Initiative definitions - for example for encryption, logging, network restrictions, security configurations and other curing requirements. In addition, you technically cleanly implement professionally released exemptions and limit them to the affected scopes. Securely implement: You accompany the staged rollout of policy sets. These include testing, technical validation, documentation and coordination with release, security and governance processes, so that changes are controlled and auditable to go productive. You work closely with cloud governance, security, architecture, operation, platform teams and application teams. You analyze policy-related disorders, support teams in implementing standards and ensure that governance requirements are anchored in the platform in a practical manner.

What you should bring:

Azure and Platform Understanding: You know the construction of larger Azure environments and have experience in implementing governance and security requirements through central structures such as management groups, subscriptions, scopes and Azure Policy. You understand how standards are scalable, comprehensible and practical in a cloud platform. Policy and Governance Practice: You have already worked with Azure Policy, Initiatives, Policy Assignments or comparable governance mechanisms. It is important to us that you can not only interpret technical specifications, but also implement, test, roll out and develop them cleanly. Technical implementation competence: You bring experience in automation, infrastructure as code or standardized cloud deployments. Tools such as Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates or CI/CD pipelines are ideally familiar tools for you.
