Support of kitchen management in administrative tasks

Creation and maintenance of schedules, holiday lists and work time records

Processing of orders, warehouse lists and goods

Communication with suppliers and internal departments

Support in compliance with hygiene regulations (HACCP documentation)

Control and management of stocks and inventory

Pre- and post-processing of meetings, trainings or audits

Working with Budget Monitoring and Cost Control

Requirements: Completed commercial or gastronomic training

Experience in the kitchen or gastronomy area of advantage

Very good organizational skills and a structured way of working

Safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel) and, if necessary, Kitchen management software

Communication strength and team capacity in German and preferably English
