The Central Services section – Document Services provides information to the DRV Bund with its various services. The focus in the area of control is on the organization, coordination and further development of scanning methods and the implementation of process and quality management.

Observing the personnel and expertise of a team Support the area line when controlling the scanning location Implementation and maintenance of continuous quality improvement measures and their further development Preparing, coordinating and documenting and evaluating the technical IT tests Coordination and evaluation of error messages and development of measures to reduce errors Preparing and performing training for the employees of the scanning site
