Your duties • Team Leader & Develop You take over the professional and organizational management of our spa team, promote your Employees and create a working environment in which quality and appreciation lived I have to say that I have to say that I do not think that I have to do so. • Control spa operation You organize the entire spa everyday: from the appointment and application planning to the Service and holiday planning to smooth day-to-day operations. • Developing quality You ensure our high service and quality standards, recognize Optimization potentials and continuously develop the spa area. • Products & Resource Responsibility You are responsible for purchasing, stock of goods, proper storage and inventory and ensure economical and sustainable handling of our products. • Together with success You work closely with the other hotel areas, find pragmatic solutions and contribute to providing our guests with an exceptional feel-good experience.

Your profile • Experience and expertise You have leadership experience in the spa, wellness or elevated hotel area and identify with the responsibility of a department management. Ideally bring a Qualification/training in the field of wellness/SPA with • Guided tour with heart and posture You understand motivating people, giving orientation and your team with empathy and to lead clarity. • Organizational institution & own initiative You work structured and make decisions with vision. • Quality and service orientation You have a strong feeling for excellent service, love details and want to guests delight every day. • Communication and personality You perform confidently and authenticly, communicate safely in German and English and create an atmosphere where guests and employees feel equally comfortable. You well-kept, professional appearance, excellent ways of dealing represent our Spa area with style and cordiality.

Security you can build on As a collective company, we remunerate according to the DEHOGA tariff agreement Baden-Württemberg and offer you clear structures and reliable framework conditions. The position is grouped into tariff group 4C1. The salary range is between EUR 3.617,00 gross and EUR 4.340,00 gross monthly. .
