Responsibility for the purchasing process: procurement of goods and materials, including the selection of suppliers and ensuring a smooth supply chain for our online shop and stationary trade. Disposal of articles/goods: planning and control of the stock of goods, including the disposition of articles, in order to ensure optimum stock availability and efficient inventory management. Monitoring the timely production, shipping and delivery: Ensuring that production, shipping and delivery take place on time, through close coordination with suppliers and logistics partners. Forecast and plan quantities: Creation and management of demand forecasts as well as planning order quantities to avoid bottlenecks and overstocks and optimize the supply chain. Monitoring of stocks: Continuous control of stocks in order to ensure optimal availability and to minimize inventory costs. Supplier management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, in particular Asian suppliers, negotiate prices, conditions and delivery times as well as regular evaluation of supplier performance. Optimization of purchasing processes: Continuous analysis and improvement of procurement processes to reduce costs, shorten delivery times and ensure the quality of the related products. Interface to internal teams: Close cooperation with the warehouse, logistics and product management to match purchasing strategies and ensure optimal product availability. Project Management: Management of purchasing projects, including planning, budgeting and coordination with various stakeholders, to successfully integrate new products or suppliers.

Complete studies in the field of business management, supply chain management, e-commerce or a comparable qualification. Professional experience in purchasing, preferably in the area of brand manufacturers, wholesale or e-commerce. Safe handling of forecasting systems: proven experience in the use of forecasting systems for demand planning and inventory control. Safe handling of Asian suppliers: experience in cooperation and negotiation with international, especially Asian suppliers. Excellent Excel knowledge: Secure handling of Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting and planning. Good understanding of procurement processes and supplier management. Experience in negotiating with suppliers and building long-term partnerships. High level of initiative, negotiation skills and a structured, result-oriented way of working. Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
