Your mission & responsibility Start-up: You successfully bring building automation systems to run and ensure a smooth start with the customer. Service: You carry out maintenance, troubleshooting and ensure long-term availability of the equipment. Problem solution: You analyze errors systematically, find sustainable solutions and minimize downtime. Customer support: You are the first contact person for our customers, and with your service, you are looking for a high customer satisfaction. Collaboration: You work closely with colleagues, project teams and customers to achieve optimal results. Quality & Security: You ensure that all work is carried out reliably, safely and according to applicable standards. Further development: You continuously develop your know-how and develop step by step as an expert for building automation. Impact: With your commitment, you support energy-efficient buildings and make an important contribution to sustainability.

Your profile Training: You have a completed technical training in the field of electrical engineering, building automation, refrigeration and air conditioning technology or a comparable field of expertise. Basics: You have basic electrotechnical training. Experience: First professional experience in technical service, commissioning or plant environment as well as knowledge in system integration and building automation Working: You work structured, independent and solution-oriented. Customer focus: You appear service-oriented and enjoy direct exchange with customers. Team spirit: You like to work with others and actively support colleagues. Readiness: You bring curiosity and enjoy working on new systems and technologies. Mobility: You are traveling for customer operations and has a class B licence. Languages: You have very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.
