In Germany, STRABAG AG is the market leader in road transport and offers all services - from digital planning to building materials production and construction, construction of projects to maintenance and entertainment through its own road operating services. Self-employed and independent management of the operational project business Participation in the acquisition of orders and systematic support of customers Implementation of market analyses Support in contract design of construction contracts Creation of internal monthly and annual accounts and monthly reporting Annual operational planning, preparation of the preview and controlling of the business activities Negotiation with the contracting authority on essential issues of construction, the interpretation, alterations and extensions of the construction contract and the approval of supplementary pensions Completion of subcontractors Responsible monitoring of calculations and offers personnel, equipment and material disposition Participation in personnel planning and selection Leadership of staff:inside and coordination of staff work in the group

A successfully completed Business Studies (Diplom, Master or Bachelor) or a comparable training with additional qualification Multiannual professional experience in a commercial position in the construction industry Overarching understanding of business relationships from a legal and technical perspective Entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as an independent, committed way of working Experience in the disciplinary leadership of employees desirable/of advantage leadership personality with the ability to inspire and tie people High commitment, communication strength, initiative and team spirit
