Welcome to WAGO in technical support: For our technical support at Minden, we are looking for reinforcement in the field of automation technology. In this role, you support our customers in demanding technical questions about WAGO products, analyze disturbances systematically and develop sustainable solutions together with internal specialist areas Application advice: Support for predominantly German-speaking customers in the application of WAGO automation and control solutions with focus in the fields of I/O systems, measurement and remote control technology Technical support: Processing and monitoring of support cases from the first analysis to the sustainable solution in close cooperation with customers, business partners, development and other areas of expertise Error analysis: Analysis, reproduction and evaluation of fault and error scenarios for identifying the causes of complex technical relationships Development of solutions: Development of practical and sustainable solutions with a focus on the permanent elimination of technical problems Interface Management: Close cooperation with internal and external contact persons for the efficient clarification of technical issues and implementation of appropriate measures Knowledge management: Identification of patterns and relationships, sharing of knowledge gained within the team as well as stimulus for the continuous development of our products

Completed studies or state-tested technicians in the field of electrical engineering with corresponding professional experience or a comparable qualification Knowledge of practical automation technology, in particular in the field of control technology, I/O systems, network technology and common programming environments Experience in dealing with industrial communication, e.g. Modbus, CAN, IO-Link or comparable technologies Knowledge in the field of energy & remote control protocols such as IEC 60870-5-101/-104, IEC 61850, IEC 61400-25 or DNP3 Analytical thinking capacity as well as a structured, solution-oriented method Impressed communication strength and the ability to explain complex technical issues in a comprehensible way High customer orientation, team skills and initiative Flowing German and English skills
