Together with your team, you support families in caring in their familiar home environment You gradually take over leadership and responsibility for your team You ensure the quality of care according to S2 guidelines In recording and occupancy management, you use the potential of your team optimally You plan services and develop your team You conduct customer, team talks and hospitations You can provide a clean documentation and proof of performance

Completed 3-year nursing examination with paediatric background (e.g. health and child caregiver (m/w/d) or care professional (m/w/d) with paediatric focus) Professional experience in intensive care, ideally with paediatric reference (m/w/d) for pediatric extraclinical intensive care, anaesthesia and intensive care or breathing therapists (m/w/d) or the willingness to obtain this time is of advantage A completed training on PDL (e.g. responsible nursing staff (m/w/d), residential management (m/w/d), station management (m/w/d)) or a comparable qualification (e.g. a completed study in nursing management) is advantageous Travel readiness and driving licence Class B Reliability, organizational talent and joy of communication
