You actively shape the process optimization in the field of EDI and digitalization and take projects independently - both internally and jointly with our customers. In a variety of first-level support, you can support our team in supporting our locations in the Memmingen area. You make sure that our IT solutions work reliably with customers and employees - supported by a help desk system and an experienced specialist team. You participate in the provision and support of hardware and software and thus ensure smooth IT operation at our locations. Administrative and commercial activities, such as the management of hardware and software and the audit of service provider bills, are also part of your task. You work closely connected in a higher-level sub-cluster with IT teams from other branches.

You have a completed commercial or technical training, ideally complemented by professional experience in the forwarding or IT industry. Finding knowledge in MS Windows systems as well as in the current MS Office applications/M365 you bring. First experiences in the field of EDI are of advantage. Good knowledge of English complete your profile. You own a class B license. A professional appearance and secure communication and telephone behavior are of course for you. Team skills, service orientation and organisational skills are yours. An independent way of working and a good overview of your tasks are your strengths.
