• Qualification: Business Training (m/w/d), Office Management (m/w/d), Personnel Services (m/w/d) or Training in Sales / Personnel are desirable.
• Communication strength: You have a sympathetic way and like to go to people. Your enthusiasm for personal education and your open communication make you a great contact for all participants.
• Motivation and aim: You are focused on bringing both customers and candidates together as best as possible. You want to work independently and make the success in personal care.
• Experience in personal care: Ideally, you have experience in the field of personal care or recruiting.
• Reliability and team spirit: You are structured, working independently, but you are also a team player who likes to be involved in a dynamic environment.
