As a trainee care service, you will be prepared step by step for your future role and take responsibility from the outset. You support our nursing services in daily operations You are actively working on the development and implementation of quality and strategy concepts You take responsibility for projects – both in the senior residence and across locations You participate in training and workshops to further develop your leadership skills You work closely with the care management and all relevant interfaces You support the professional, organizational and personal management of the entire care area You are contact for residents, relatives, doctors and therapists

You are a nursing professional and have a degree in nursing management or nursing science, a further education for nursing services or are currently in a corresponding qualification You have already taken responsibility – ideally also first leadership experience You work independently, solution-oriented and with a lot of commitment You have joy in your work – and yes, laughing is explicitly desired with us You bring empathy, high social competence and understanding for residents, relatives and colleagues You are safe to use the PC and ideally know computer-assisted care documentation (e.g. SIS) Our values human.
