Your working day includes

• With your heart and mind, you take care of the individual basic care of the inhabitants and carry out treatment care according to a delegation scheme
• Each resident has individual needs, you recognize them and align the activating daily design on them.
• With the team on site, you can make a significant part in ensuring the quality of care
• You have an open ear for the residents and their relatives at any time
• You take part in the regular handover, service and team meetings
• You document the care process around the resident (medicine assignment, care logs etc.)

• A high level of empathy and personal commitment to the care of our residents
• Desirably bringing experience in old care – but we also like to work for you!
