The clinic offers highly specialized treatments according to an integrative behavioral medical concept and works in multi-professional teams. It also has its own training institute for professional and psychotherapeutic training.

Your tasks - You can look forward to this Medical management: You take over the professional and organizational management of the medical center and actively participate in the daily business. Hygienic expertise: You act as a hygiene specialist and carry out practical hygiene training for employees. Efficient personnel planning: You are responsible for the design and coordination of the post-occupation of open bodies. Targeted further development: You promote the professional development of your employees and promote the further development of the medical center. Interdisciplinary cooperation: You participate in drug, hygiene and management conferences and bring your expertise. Quality-oriented organisation: You design and optimize the organizational and hygienic processes of the medical center.

You have completed training as a health and nursing worker or health and nursing staff. You have successfully completed a further education on hygiene. You bring well-founded knowledge in hospital hygiene and medical quality management. You convince by organisational skill and a high sense of responsibility. You communicate safely and are happy to work with different professional groups. You are characterized by their own initiative and a structured and solution-oriented way of working.
