About 600 experts in department coordination, real estate management, portfolio management, building and building management as well as environmental and energy management support our diverse portfolio over the entire life cycle. As part of the team, you support your colleagues in the introduction and long-term implementation of environmental and energy management (according to EMAS) in our properties. Their focus is on the conceptual and strategic development of measures to reduce CO2 in close cooperation with the operational areas of construction and building management. In particular, the following activities are undertaken: Analysis of energy savings potentials and development of implementation strategies Examination of the use/integration of renewable energies in our properties Technical support for energy procurement Compilation of economic considerations and basis of decision for energy-related investments Advice and support for energy-relevant issues

With your understanding of technology, processes and energy-efficient conditions, you will ensure a structured and transparent energy management within the DRV Bund. In addition to a holistic perspective and the ability to clearly coordinate interfaces, you will bring: Graduate degree Bachelor/ Diploma (FH) in the field of engineering At least three years of professional experience in building technology and/or energy management Experience in the implementation of energy efficiency measures or in the integration of renewable energies no longer than three years Knowledge and experience in energy procurement are advantageous
