The following tasks and responsibilities await you: Supporting the set-up and the bodies of alternative investment funds in different legal forms Support for capital measures of individual funds (capital calls, distributions, share/shareholdings) Responsibility for the creation and coordination of corporate and investor correspondence Contact person*in for supervisory authorities, notaries, auditors and other interfaces Analysis and optimization of existing processes with focus on automation and digitization Active cooperation in projects
