Planning, cost estimation, tendering, billing and acceptance of construction measures Coordination of measures and projects with authorities

Creation of necessary documents

Review of the appropriate provision of written services Ensuring compliance with costs, dates and quality standards Management of documentation and coordination of subcontractors Customer and service-oriented thinking and acting

High level of ownership and commitment

Other administrative tasks (e.g. audit of accounts)

Completed study of civil engineering or a comparable study programme Experience in housing maintenance and modernisation measures

Secure handling of MS Office, ideally first experience with SAP
