You take responsibility for the entire order management, type orders without errors and calculate matching offers

As the first contact person, you receive incoming calls and convince business partners with your sympathetic way

With returns or complaints, you always keep a cool head, check out the situation and ensure a fair, fast solution

You manage the deposit and make sure that all administrative processes run smoothly

You look beyond the edge of the plate, support the team in daily routine tasks and optimise the Customer Support & Backoffice with your own ideas

Your basis is a successfully completed training in the office sector or a comparable qualification from the trading environment

An organized, conscientious and absolutely reliable way of working is of course for you

You like to communicate passionately, have a fine feeling for customer wishes and do not let yourself rest on turbulent days

You can control the common computer programs blindly, and the integration into modern systems or digital tools is easy for you
