Planning and control of raw material supply in cooperation with production planning and QS/QM Triggering orders and tracking delivery dates Ensuring material availability at the right time Coordination of transports with forwarding and suppliers Support for international deliveries (e.g. container / sea freight) Monitoring of ongoing delivery processes Support in customs procedures Monitoring of stocks and ranges Support for annual inventory and audits Participation in stable and efficient processes Continuous maintenance of master data in the ERP system (Navision)

Complete training, e.g. as an industrial businessman for forwarding and logistics services First professional experience in the fields of disposition, logistics or purchasing Ideally experience in a producing company – preferably in the food industry Safe handling of MS Office as well as digital tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams) as well as ERP systems Self-employed, structured and responsible work Teamability, flexibility, reliability and a healthy portion of ambition very good knowledge of German and English
