You design and monitor a uniform software architecture beyond the various products and external development teams You guide technical decisions and coordinate architecture projects to ensure that all software solutions meet the highest quality standards You develop and implement cloud solutions based on Microsoft Azure to ensure the flexibility and scalability of applications You establish and apply coding standards and best practices within the team You support building a possible development team within Bauder and technical leadership You support the development of the team through training and mentoring in new technologies and best practices You build internal know-how regarding the solutions developed for Bauder and are the interface between software development and building IT

You have completed university studies in the fields of software technology, computer science, software technology, electrical engineering or a related subject or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in software development, software architecture focusing on Kotlin/Spring Boot and React/TypeScript as well as experience in technical management of external partners You have extensive experience in developing and managing cloud solutions based on Microsoft Azure as well as microservices architectures and container-based deployment (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) You also have experience with relational database management systems (RDBMS) and SQL as well as multimodal NoSQL databases, including DocumentDB and GraphDB You are proactive and have gained experience in an interdisciplinary environment and have analytical and conceptual skills In addition to your communication strength, you also bring analytical thinking and draw your attention through your co-creative and agile way of working. You like to work with agile teams and feel comfortable in an international environment (including very good knowledge of German and English)
