Account Manager Focus on Travel (m/f/d)

Your main task is the personal and telephone consultation and communication of all travel products of our full travel agency. In addition to package tours and block trips, you will take care of flight, ferry, car hire and group bookings. You advise our members and customers in the ADAC member services and in the complementary ADAC insurance companies. You can edit the booking operations routined and maintain the data in the Midoffice - System MIDOKO. You support the management and team in all organizational and administrative tasks.

Your training to/from travel or You have successfully completed your tourism business. Embossed expertise, product and target areas complete your profile. Experience in the field of insurance is advantageous. We naturally support you in this area. A safe handling of the current booking and sales systems as well as MS-Office is of course for you. A pronounced service and customer orientation is one of your strengths. You work in a targeted manner and are used to work independently, but are also happy to work in the team.
