The department combines production and network strategy, portfolio and value creation management, strategic intelligence, business development, industrial AI and transformation management in an integrated control function for the global production network. The aim is to develop resilient decision-making bases as well as the active design of production, technology, network and value-added strategies through the translation of market, competition, technology and company developments into concrete action options for management and management. The Productivity Management & Projects Mercedes-Benz Operations team is responsible for defining and managing initiatives to improve operational performance and to digitize the processes involved in human productivity. We develop cross-cutting methods and measures and accompany them holisticly from the idea to the operational implementation in the production sites worldwide. Course in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable degree course First practical experience in the automotive environment, for example in the fields of industrial engineering, production, planning or project management Very good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of Power BI are advantageous Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Analytical and conceptual skills Affinity in dealing with numbers Structured, careful and independent operation High communication capability
